Comprehensive Training for All Levels

YOUTH TAE KWON DO

Youth Program 60 min

Traditional Korean martial arts training for youth. Build discipline, respect, and self-confidence while learning powerful kicks, strikes, and forms.

Schedule: Mon/Fri - 5:30-6:30 PM

YOUTH MMA

Youth Program 60 min

Age-appropriate mixed martial arts instruction for youth. Learn striking, grappling, and self-defense in a safe, structured environment.

Schedule: Wed - 5:30-6:30 PM

ADULT MMA

All Levels 75 min

Complete mixed martial arts training combining striking and grappling. Learn techniques, transitions, and fight strategies for competition or self-defense.

Schedule: Mon/Wed - 6:45-8:00 PM

ADULT SUBMISSION GRAPPLING

All Levels 75 min

Ground fighting and submission techniques. Learn positions, transitions, submissions, and escapes. Technique-focused training with live rolling sessions.

Schedule: Tue/Thu - 6:45-8:00 PM

OPEN GYM

All Members 90 min

Open training time for members to practice techniques, spar, roll, or work on individual training goals. Use of all facility equipment available.

Schedule: Fri - 6:30-8:00 PM
